Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons, including:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
  • Used or damaged seasonal merchandise.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please mail your returned item to us, and once received, we will ship out a replacement.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
